Shipping policy :
Shipping Method :
** All our orders are shipped through Indian Speed Post.
** Speed Post covers all most all major locations in India.

Time Taken :
** Normally, it takes 4-8 working days for metros and tier-1 cities and 6-12 working days for rest of India.
** Some remote destinations may take extra 2-3 days.

Delay in Delivery :
** Dawaicart will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.
** We employ third party logistics services such as Speed Post.
** We do not have any control over their operations once we dispatch your package.

Non delivery :
** Dawaicart will not be responsible if your order is not delivered due to wrong address or door closed.
** In case the package returns to us, we will refund the price of medicine not the shipping charge or convenience charge collected.
** The refund process will be initiated only after receipt of the package at our end.
** In case of lost of package during transit, we will refund the full amount paid.
** It will take around 4-5 working days for completion of refund.

Shipping Charges

** A flat convenience fees of Rs 100 will be charged for all orders worth less than Rs 2000 and weighing less than 500 gm.
** The convenience fees includes shipping, packaging and payment gateways charges.
** For orders weighing more than 500 gm, we will add the charges in the invoice as per the weight of the package.

Shipping Outside India :
** Regretfully, we do not ship outside India.
** We have legal and logistic limitations.

Do you ship to my location?
All our orders are shipped through Indian Speed Post. Speed Post covers all most all major locations in India.

How many days will it take to receive my order?
All our orders are dispatched through Indian Speed Post. Normally, it takes 4-6 working days (days excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) to most of the destinations in India. Some remote destinations may take extra two days.

How will I pay for my order?
We accept payment through Pay u Money. It supports Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking of all the major banks.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Regretfully, we do not. We only accept online payment and the orders are dispatched only after realization of payment.

I have placed my order. What next?
We will process your order and mail you the invoice. The invoice will have link to complete payment. After completion of payment we will dispatch your order.

Do you ship to locations outside India?
Regretfully, we do not. We have legal and logistic limitations.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are subjective. We will add the charges in the invoice as per the weight.

Why there is no price mentioned for many products?
We have more than 30,000 products in database and warehouse. The price of medicines change frequently. Therefore, it is not practical for us to update price of all products. When you place an order; we process the same and send you the invoice with latest price.

Do you require a prescription?
For doctor prescribed medicines, we do require a prescription. We will not dispatch your medicine until you mail us a scanned or snapshot of your prescription. For over the counter and cosmetic products prescription is not mandatory.
