Amron Flo Battery Number AAM-FL-566112060 was purchased from Nimba Batteries, Malkapur- 443101 (Maharashtra) on 04th July 2017 vide their Bill Number 3706 dated 04 Jul 2017, and fitted in my Car Indica DLS. On 01st March 2019 car run about 160 Kms, thereafter on 02,03 & 04th March 2019 as routine static run for 10 minutes every day was done. On 05th March when I start the car, I noticed the battery is not holding the charge and vehicle was not started. Though I call the dealer of Malkapur, and he told me to deposit the battery with Service centre at Buldana (District place) at service centre and get new battery as it is within warranty and Guarantee period. The Battery was deposited with Service centre but he says the battery may be broken I have to check and it will take 6-7 days. We show him the battery, it is not broken from any side, but he is not confirmed. At the time of selling they assure us that in any thing happened to battery within warranty and Guarantee period, you will get the replacement then and their. Please do the needful and instruct your dealer in the channel for immediate replacement of the battery. I am an ex Army person and taking due care of vehicle regularly like filling distilled water in battery and other regular checkup. I have original Bill and warranty card.
I purchased a battery from local dealer at Ahmedabad, and for some reason, it requires charging, so I deposited for it to the same vendor since 3 days, now, he is not delivering it & even not piking call. I contacted help line and they provided another mobile number belonging to Mr.VIJAYKUMAR DAMOR, who is nicely replied “HE IS NOT OUR DEALER AND YOU CAN DO WHAT SO EVER YOU LIKE “as I am working with Gujarat High Court, I do not bother either of HIGH COURT (or) SUPREME COURT related you are! Shameful reply from service manager!
