Shipping Policy :
** We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible,
** To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping in India on all orders over Rs.500.
** If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to “profit” from shipping; you are charged what we are charged.
** Our primary shipping service is FirstFlight courier services.
** Generally they take 3-7 business days for delivery
Free Shipping Offers :
** Orders over Rs.500 qualify for Free Shipping, which will be First Flight Home delivery.
** Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments, within the India, only.
International Shipping :
** If you’d like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at wecare AT babybay.in.
** Be sure to include a list of the products you’d like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad).
** A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.
Returns & Exchanges :
** We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from Babybay.
** If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, we make it easy to get exactly what you want.
** All returns may be made via mail or in our stores, whichever is most convenient for you.
** Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund (less shipping costs and surcharges).
Refund Method :
1. If the incorrect product is delivered then we will bear the return shipping cost.
2. For all other baby products, we will refund full amount (less shipping costs and surcharges), In case if the customer availed free shipping facility then we will refund 90% total amount.
3. Mode of repayment would be same as the one used during purchase.
4. Refunds for cash on delivery would be made in the form of Direct Bank Transfer to customer account.
5. Refunds will happen within 15 days of receipt and inspection of good.
For mail-in returns :
1. Repack the item in its original box and attach your pre-printed return label.
2. Complete the form on the back of your packing slip and include it (or a photocopy) with the item(s) you are returning.
3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Babybay cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.
4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage to:

** If you no longer have your packing slip, please email us at wecare AT babybay.in or call our Customer Service Department at +91-8608000012, Monday – Friday, 8am – 7pm IST and Saturday, 11am – 6pm IST to obtain your order number.
** All messages, whether by phone or email, will be returned within two business days.
** A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
