Return Policy :
** We accept returns on apparel, footwear, accessories and toys except for personal care products.
** You will have to ship back the eligible items and they should reach us within 7 days from the date you received.
** Return procedure is simple.
** Please call our customer care team (between 10AM to 6PM India time) and explain the reason for return and give the exact product details or drop a mail to care AT littlebag.in
** The item will have to be shipped to our warehouse with a copy of invoice.
** The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product and completed all quality checks.

** Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with their original packaging (labels, handtags on clothing, boxes, plastic sleeves, with cloth bag) intact.
** Please note that shipping charges and COD charges are not refundable.

** If the return due to damaged or incorrect product being shipped, we will replace the item if it remains in stock; otherwise we will credit the full original amount you paid at the time the order was placed.

** Do let us know if the product was damaged or incorrect.
** If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order.
** The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
** If the products returned are part of any free offer such as combos or bye one get one free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

** For debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking & NEFT Transfer from the refund initiation date within 24 hours.
** For any other mode of payment, you can use the credit to order a replacement or buy something new once the refund is in your littlebag account.
