How do I start customising?
** You can choose designs (created by furniture experts) and at any point edit the designs as per your requirement.
** Through our 3D Configurator, you can choose the size of the furniture and pick the materials and colours.
** Our 3D Configurator helps you realistically visualize your creation at every step.
** We also provide assistance through online chat in case you require any kind of guidance while customising your product.
Can I see a sample sofa before ordering one?
** Unfortunately, we do not have trial specimen given that we make only personalized sofas.
** However, with the help of our easy to use visualization tools, you can exactly see what you are ordering and get a sofa that perfectly fits your requirements.

Where all does Stitchwood deliver?
** We currently deliver to Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Bengaluru, Delhi and NCR.

** In case you have a specific requirement for a location that is not listed on our website, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team to get more details.
What are the delivery charges?
** Once you enter your pincode in the Pincode field while ordering a product, the system will indicate whether we provide free shipping to your pincode or not.
** In case you face an error while placing an order, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team to resolve your queries.
How long do I have to wait for my products?
** Your ‘custom-made’ furniture takes 5 to 6 weeks to reach you.
** We will keep you updated on your expected delivery date.
What is the return policy?
** Stitchwood furniture is made-to-order based on the customer’s specifications.
** We always ensure that our products are manufactured and delivered exactly how the customer has designed it.
** If you do not like the furniture you ordered, we offer a no-questions-asked hassle-free return within 7 days of delivery.
We request the customer to check for the following details while taking the delivery:
1) Please check all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs and unfinished patches.
2) Most of the time our assembly team will be able to fix these issues immediately.
3) For all the products that involve assembly, please ensure that the delivery team assembles the product so as to make sure that all nuts and bolts are present and they fit well.
4) For all sofas, kindly sit on the item to ensure that the structure is stable with your weight on it and is comfortable.
5) For the furniture units that are heavy and difficult to move, kindly decide the exact location where you would want to place the furniture prior to the delivery team’s visit, and instruct the delivery team to set the furniture there.
6) We will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests after 7 days post delivery. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery.
