Shipping Policy :
** We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
** Based on the nature of the products that we have, we have designed a multi tiered shipping policy that is designed exclusively in your best interests.
For Metros :
** We are committed to delivering within 3 to 4 business days of the order being confirmed.
For Non Metros :
** All products will reach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.
Please note our shipping policy as follows :
** We currently deliver to more than 3000 cities across India.
** Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address.
** If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
** We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order.
** However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.
** In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same.
** In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
** We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
** To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
** While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
** If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on 9019192151 (10AM – 7PM) or mail us at helpdesk.giftoys AT gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number.
** We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Shipping Charges :
** Gifttoys charges Rs. 40 as a convenience charge for all orders below Rs. 499.
** This helps us service our customers better.
Express Delivery :
** Gifttoys express delivery option is only applicable within Bangalore for an convenience charge of Rs 60.
** Products ordered before 10 AM will be delivered by next business day except Public/Weekly holiday.
** Some products which can’t be delivered would be informed to Cutomer in advance.
Return Policy :
Product Refund/Return Policy :
** We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have ordered from gifttoys.co.in.
** However, if in an unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, Gifttoys.co.in follows the below mentioned Refund/Return Policy
Damaged/Tampered Delivery :
** Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered.
** Please contact our helpdesk for replacement, immediately.
Damaged/Defective Product :
** In an unlikely event, if the product you received from us is damaged/defective, please call the helpdesk within 5 working days for a refund/replacement.
** Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund/replacement.
** In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money.
Money Refund :
** If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively.
** If the payment was by Cash On Delivery / Cash Before Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name.
You will have to provide the following details:
1. Your name (as on your bank account)
2. Order ID
** The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).
** Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cash On Delivery and Cash Before Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
** Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder’s Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
