Shipping Policy :
Order Processing and Status :
** All the orders placed by 3.00 PM, Monday through Saturday, will be processed the same day.
** Orders received after that time or on Sunday will be processed the next business day.
** Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email and by SMS (pl remember to opt for the same).
** If you have not received an order confirmation email within 20 minutes of placing your order, please first check your email spam filter before calling WellForte.com customer service.
** When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
** You can also check the status of your order under the ”My Account” section of our website ”.WellForte.com”

Delivery Locations :
** WellForte ships products to major metro cities in India through different couriers.
** Key cities covered are Mumbai / New Delhi / Kolkata / Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Trivandrum / Gurgaon / Noida / Ghaziabad / Ahmedabad / Aurangabad.
** There are a few Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities / towns where we deliver.
** Please use the PIN Code checker to check if delivery is available in your location.
** We are continuously trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery lead times.
** We will keep the customers informed of our developments.

Shipping Charges :
** For orders below Rs.250 /- shipping charges – Rs.75/-
** For orders from Rs.251 to Rs.500 shipping charges – Rs.50/-
** For orders above Rs.500 (from Rs.501), FREE shipping.

Delivery Time :
** Products are shipped from our nearest warehouse location in 2-4 business days after placing the order, depending on product availability.
** It may take another 2-4 business days for it to be delivered to the customers excluding the date of dispatch.
** Thus the total time for an order to reach the customer is 3-8 business days excluding the day when the order was placed.
** If there are liquid items then the delivery times will increase by 2-3 days.
** However bulk orders may take additional time to be delivered.
** Products where dispatch date is longer than the standard specified above will need additional time for delivery.
** Items on which couriers place restrictions may take additional time to deliver or may have to be cancelled.

Delivery mode :
** Products are delivered through our network of couriers or our own delivery personnel.

Cancellations & Returns :
Cancellations :
** The orders can be cancelled only by WellForte personnel.
** You can call up WellForte customer care at +91-7720018794 (Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, excluding National Holidays) to cancel the order before it is shipped from the warehouse.
** Please note that orders may be shipped much ahead of customers receiving an SMS or email notification.
** If the order is cancelled the money is credited to your account in WellForte. You can use it for future purchases.
** If you want the money to be credited only to your bank account, please call our customer care and we will make arrangements to credit the money to your account.

Product Returns :
** Products purchased online can be returned within 10 days of receiving the same.
** Place your product return request by calling our customer care number 7720018794.

Please note the following important terms for product returns :
** We will only accept items that are returned in their original state so they can be resold.
** The products should not be used
** The caps, locks, tamper proof packaging, etc should not be opened
** If there are any price tags, they should be intact.
** All associated material include the product packaging (by the manufacturer) should remain intact and returned to us.
