Shipping & Returns Policy :
** Pikaboo ships its products to almost all parts of India.
** Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hrs.
** We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Shipping Charges :
** A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 500 at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.
** For orders equal to or above Rs. 500(after the application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available at certain locations only.
** For other locations, additional shipping charges will be applicable.
** At these locations, in which additional charges are applicable, the Rs. 50 shipping charge will be added to the shipping charges for all orders below Rs. 500.
** The shipping charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product pages and the total shipping charge applicable on the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order (+ Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 500).
** The order level charge will be visible to you in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.
** These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

Returns :
** We have a 30 days return policy for clothes, Footwear and 7 days return policy for all other items.
** If more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
** It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds : (if applicable):
** Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
** We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
** If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping :

** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
** If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

** If you are shipping an item over INR 500, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
** We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
