Estimated Shipping Dates :
** Due to the fact Runway Made to Order Products are only created after you have ordered your product, delivery times may vary.
** Runway Made To Order items will be shipped between 12-18 weeks from the end of the one week order window.
** Delivery will be approximately two months before the collection arrives in store, depending on the item.

Track My Order :
** When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

Runway Made To Order :
** Runway Made to Order items will be charged within 14 days of placing the order and therefore in advance of shipping.

How To Return Your Purchase :
1. Please Contact Us to schedule a collection for you at no additional cost.
2. Our Customer Service Team will email a UPS Returns Label and a commercial invoice to you.
3. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
4. Complete the Returns Form and place it in the box.
5. Remove all other labels from the outside of the box.
6. Attach the Returns Label and commercial invoice to the outside of the box and seal the parcel securely.
7. To track your return, please note the tracking number printed on the Returns Label and enter it in the tracking number field on ups.com.
