** We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you on-time in-full.
** We take pride in delivering on time, every time!! If you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us!
** An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page.
** On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
** But in any case such time shall not exceed 7 days, however, sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns :
** You can return almost anything you buy from ittude.me.
** However for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for lingerie, innerwear, socks etc.
** You can choose to return products up to 30 days from the date you receive your order.
** We offer to pick up your returns package for free from your home or office.
** In case we’re unable to arrange for a pickup in your location, we will credit Rs.100 to your ittude.me account towards courier charges when we receive your returns shipment.
** Your refunds/credits/replacements will be processed on the basis of condition of the returns shipment sent by you and products inside the packaging.
** Our Quality Analysts will evaluate your returns garments to ensure adherence to our Returns Guidelines.

Refunds :
** All credit card & net banking transactions will be repaid using the same route;
** which means if you have made your transaction using Netbanking facility, the net value of your order will be refunded back into your bank account.
** This will take 6-7 working days from the time the returns are received and approved at the warehouse.
** All Cash on Delivery transactions (for which payment has been received) will be refunded through Cheque/NEFT.
** This will take 10-12 working days from the time your returns are approved by our Quality Analysts.
