Returns & Exchanges

What can I return or exchange?
** We offer returns and exchanges on majority of our catalog items can be returned or exchanged as per your convenience.
** We have a no questions asked policy for exchanges or returns for 365 days (1 year) from the date of your purchase.

Items that can be returned or exchanged:
** Any item purchased from our store (with the exceptions below)
** Items can be returned or exchanged for a store credit or a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
** Items can be exchanged or returned for a store credit for up to 365 days (1 year) assuming the following conditions are met:
** All items are in the original condition and are never used.
** All original packaging of the product is still intact and no damage has been done to either the product or its packaging
** Items are returned within the period 365 days from the time of the order
** Elitify reserves the right to do a through quality check of the product to ensure its resalable before issuing a credit

Return and Exchange Policy for Bespoke Knight and Bond shoes :
** Knight and Bond Shoes are Bespoke (Made to order) shoes that are hand crafted just for you.
** Therefore, these shoes can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
** Due to the nature of these shoes, they cannot be returned and only exchange can be provided in case of a size issue.
** In the case of a size issue, we should be notified within 2 business days, post-delivery of the shoes.
** Please note that the shoes can be exchanged only in the following conditions
** Shoes are completely unused, which means that there should not be any scratch or use marks on the sole of the shoe
** It should be packed in the original packaging
