Cancellation Policy :
** RCHyderabad believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy :
** Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order.
** However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been already shipped.
** There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
** In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Return Policy :
** Products can be returned as long as the following conditions are met
** Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 3 days beginning with the day from the delivery date, accompanied by the delivery receipt and Original Invoice.
** All refunds require that the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition unused & without any scratch.
** Opened packages may only be exchanged for an identical product, if faulty.
** Refunds will be applied to the method of payment that was used to purchase the item minus 20%.
** All returned items must be sent back using a postal/courier service with a tracking method. Buyers are responsible for all postage costs.
** Goods need to be insured by you as we are not responsible for loss of goods.

Refunds :
When is my refund processed?
** If you choose to return your item to our store, you will receive your refund after all items have been received and checked.
** This refund will be either be credited back to the payment method used to purchase the item.
** If you choose to send the item back to us, your refund may take up to 10 business days from the time we receive your item.
** The refund will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.

What is refunded when I return an item?
** When you return an entire order you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase.
** When you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned.
** Only the net price of the item/Order minus(less) 20% will be refunded.
** Under no circumstances will we refund any other levies, taxes, shipping charges, etc.,

Packing and sending your return, How do I send back my return?
** To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:
** Send the product in its original packaging.
** Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process.
** Include a copy of the delivery note & original invoice.
** You must return the goods to us at your cost, we will not bear any shipping, insurance, custom duties, taxes, levies, etc.
** We advise you to insure the goods during any return, as we are not responsible for any damage, loss, etc,.
** To return a defective item please include a brief description of the fault. Please return your goods with a copy of the delivery note & original invoice.
