How to send the returns :
** You must fill the returns form in the link given here, Return Authorisation Form ? before sending any returns.
** If you have any questions or clarification you can contact our customer support, we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.

Terms & Conditions

** We would entertain the return, only if it is sent with the successful submission of the Return Authorisation Form.
** Returns would not be accepted for custom made / Paper Products, including photo paper, paper copier, gel pens and highliters.

** However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
** We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

** No Order cancellation request(s) will be entertained due delay in delivery from Courier/forwarding agencies.
** All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the product.

** Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
** Any complaint with regards to damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products.
** We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Refund on Returns :
** We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
** Return requests due to delay in delivery from Courier Agency’s side will not be entertained.

** In case any Courier/Forwarding Agency return your order back to us, we will resend through some other suitable courier/forwarding agency but in such case no return requests will be entertained.

** At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
** There is an admin/credit card commission cost of Rs 100 will be deducted for refund.
** If refund is issued as a gift voucher there is no charge applicable.

** For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
** Shipping cost would charged for refund, since we do not offer free shipping all over India.
