Deliveries :
a) Do you ship to international locations?
Currently the products listed on our website are only delivered within India.

b) How long will it take for my order to reach me?
As we maintain inventory of all products we sell on our website, you can rest assured that product will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. We aspire to get your product delivered at your doorstep within 4-6 days but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take upto 10 days.

c) What are the shipping charges?
There will be an additional charge of Rs.100 as shipping charges for order values under Rs.1000. This amount ill be charged to your total bill at the time of placing order.

d) What time of day will my order be delivered?
Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery followed by an email reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse.

Payments :
a) What are your accepted modes of payment?
We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking or Cash on Delivery (COD). If you choose Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking payment options, a Rs.50 discount will be given on your final bill amount at the time of placing order.

b) What are the additional charges at the time of placing order?
The listed price of the products is the final price inclusive of all charges. There will be an additional charge of Rs. 100 as shipping charges for order value less than Rs.1000.

c) Is COD available in my area?
Currently COD facility is not available in all regions. You can check if COD facility is available in your area by entering your pincode, at the time of placing order..

Cancellation & Refunds :
a) Can I cancel my order after placing it? How will my money be refunded?
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please promptly mail us on support AT mynutrition.in . Our customer service representative will walk you through the procedure and the money will be credited back to you in the account you use to make your payment.

b) Can I return my order after accepting delivery?
My Nutrition wants you to have a great product and service experience. We shall accept return of order on all products within 7 days of receipt of delivery. The product should be sealed, in original packaging with tags and boxes intact.

Only after checking the condition of the product will the return of order be accepted. We shall not accept any return of supplements based on taste, flavor, rashes, allergies, stomach upset, headache and other symptoms. Please consult with your doctor before placing an order.
