Shipping & Delivery Policy :
** Islamic Shop ships its products to all parts of India. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
** Most of your orders would be processed within 6-7 days and shipping will be done through reputed courier company.

Shipping Charges :
Free Shipping:
** Delivery within Chennai (above Rs.500/-) or order above Rs.5000/- (across India) is FREE of cost.
Cash on delivery :
** C.o.D is applicable only in Chennai (above Rs.500/-).
Paid Shipping :
** Across India – Rs.100/-for 1kg. Every additional 1kg will cost Rs.100/-
Additional Charges :
** You will get the final price at the time of check out. There won’t be any hidden charges like Tax, Octroi charges.

Tracking :
** You will receive an email with courier name and the tracking number to the registered mail address once the product got shipped.

For International Orders : (Outside India)
** All International orders (outside India) would be processed within 4-6 days and shipping through reputed International Courier company.
** Delivered within 5 working days to foreign destinations.
** We will send you the Shipper’s reference number (air way bill / docket number) along with the courier company details through e mail.
** We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
** Kindly note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery.
** The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.

Return & Cancellation :
** Islamic Shop believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation/Return policy
** Returns will be accepted only if you have received an item “Damage”, “Defective” or “Different Colour” .

How do I return a product purchased on Islamicshop.in ?
** If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please complete the returns chart in full, which accompanied your order, and enclose this with your parcel to the returns address provided on the returns form.

** Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

** Fragile items, hygiene related items.
** Custom made products cannot be refunded.

Cancellations :
** You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.
** Your entire order amount will be refunded.
** The payment for all the returned products will be done to the customers IslamicShop account in the form of store credit ,
** which the customer can use for his/her next purchase.
