Does Shakti Sports provide free shipping for all orders?
** We provide free shipping across India on all orders above INR 2500.
** This is not applicable to fitness equipment such as treadmills, exercise cycles / other heavy equipment like T.T. Tables, Pool Tables, Foosball Tables, gym equipment etc.

What is the shipping charge if my order is under INR 2500?
** Shakti Sports charges a flat INR 75 delivery charge if your total order value is less than INR 2500.

What are the shipping & Installation charges for fitness equipment such as treadmills, exercise cycles / other heavy equipment like T.T. Tables, Pool Tables etc ?
** Shipping & Installation of such items within Pune is FREE OF COST ,
** however the shipping & Installation outside Pune city limits shall be extra at actuals as per destinations.

Do you ship everywhere in India?
** Yes, we ship to all major cities in India where there is delivery network available.

What is the delivery time for our shopping from Shakti Sports?
** Estimated delivery time can vary from order to order.
** As an indicative time frame, orders within Pune are delivered between 1-3 working days.
** Orders outside Pune are delivered between 3-5 working days.

What are the modes of payment?
** We accept online payments using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking.

** We also offer free Cash on Delivery (COD) on orders above INR 2500.

Cancellations and Returns :
** Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order
** There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery / Express Delivery category.

Cancellations before the products are shipped :
** If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any) refunded.

Cancellations after the products are shipped:
** If your order has been dispatched and not been delivered you can have the order canceled and balance amount after deducting two way return shipping cost & payment processing charges, if any will be refunded.

** No cancellations are entertained for those products that the SHAKTI SPORTS marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Gudi Padwa, Dusshera, Diwali, Women’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas etc.

** These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
This policy is not applicable for any heavy equipments including but not limited to table tennis tables, fitness equipments, on court equipments, pool/billiards tables, treadmills, exercise-bikes, foosball tables, gift vouchers etc.

Returns :
I) What should I do if the product is not what I ordered or has arrived broken?
** If the product received is not what you ordered, or faulty or broken, please write to us at orders AT shaktisportsonline.com within 2 days of receipt of the product.

Situation 1 :
** If you are not happy with the product you ordered (you ordered the wrong size, color or model), please inform us within 2 working days and arrange for sending the products to us.

** In this case, the shipping charges will be at your expenses (to return the original product to Shakti Sports).
** Once we receive the return, we shall refund the amount relevant to the returned product to you (after deducting the payment processing charges, if any).

** If there is a mistake in the order you received (wrong product received, product missing, wrong size, color, product you ordered, etc.),
