What is Indian Terrain’s Easy Returns Policy?
** We at Indian Terrain are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable and rewarding.
** In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us.
** Products from all categories can be returned except accessories (belts, wallets, and socks).
** You can initiate the return online after logging in to your account.
** You can return the product within 15 days of receiving the order.
** Please note that we have a no exchange policy.

How do I return a product?
** Products purchased on indianterrain.com can be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.
** After logging in to your account, please proceed to the “My Orders” tab. Click “Return” against the invoice number that contains the product you wish to return.
** This will lead you to the returns request page on which you can choose the product to be returned, reason for return, and mode of return.
** Once you fill in these details, click “Submit” and your request has been registered.

There are two modes of return:
1. Arrange for Pick up :
** Please note that the product(s) will picked up between 4.00 P.M and 6.00 P.M from Monday to Saturday.
2. Ship it yourself

Can I return part of the order?
** Yes. In your order, you can select the item(s) to be returned.

What are the modes of refund?
We offer two modes of refund :
1. E-Wallet :
** The amount is added to your Indian Terrain E-Wallet account and is accessible to you at any time for any purchase on indianterrain.com.
** This amount can be redeemed in part or in full during your next purchase.
** The best part about the e-wallet account is that it does not expire.
** You can redeem the amount at your convenience.

2. Bank Transfer :
** For payments made through credit cards, debit cards, and net banking, courier and bank charges will be deducted and then the amount will be credited to your account.
** Please note that for products purchased on discount, you will be refunded an amount equal to the selling price.
** All EOSS refunds will be processed into your Indian Terrain e-wallet account only.

How do I purchase a product as a Guest User?
1. In case you do not want to sign in as a registered customer, Indian Terrain gives you the option to checkout as a guest user.
2. Once you enter the checkout page to make a purchase, you will have to enter your shipping information to continue with your order.
3. Once the shipping and billing details are confirmed, you can place an order for the product.
4. Once your order has been placed, you will see an invoice on the screen
5. Along with the order confirmation email, you will receive an email titled “Login Credentials for indianterrain.com.”
6. This will contain a unique username and password that you can sign-in with the next time you visit our website.
7. Be sure to enter these details in the fields for registered customers.
