Delivery & Shipping Policy :
** The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping.
** We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped.
** In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item
** Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination, our shipping and delivery during End of Season Sale .
** we ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order.
** However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.
** In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship the order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same.
** In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
** Delivery charges are different with each vendor its totally depends on products weight.

** If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care mentioning your order reference number.

There is estimate time for delivery it’s depends on these points :

2.Availability to the vendor
3.Location where you want to deliver purchased product and location of vendor.
Cancellation & Return Policy :
** As we all know that every customer has returned or cancel purchased items for return or refund.
** Online customers have the ability to return a purchase within 48 hours of delivery if the merchandise was not as expected.
** Refunds will be for the amount of merchandise and tax, but not the delivery charge.
** In addition, returns may incur a restocking fee equal to delivery charge.
** No refunds or returns on merchandise after 48 hours of delivery.
** This means that the credit for the return will appear on customer account within 7 business days.
Returns/Replacement :
** A process where item is giving back that is purchased by the you to the vendor through market place.
Reason for Returns/Replacement :
Wrong Item – If you receive wrong item by us.
Damaged Item – If you found any defect or damaged item.
Missing Item – If you are not receiving the product or there is miss the item which is ordered by you.
Price Switching – If you found a higher priced tag on an item in hopes of returning it for the higher refund
Differ Sizes – If you found differ in size.
** Place your request online for return and you can e-mail customersupport AT trendyfy.com and you can call our customer care conveniently.
** Create a refund request. The item will picked up from your doorstep.
** When the vendor receives the originally delivered item, Replacement or returns item is shipped or a full refund is return to you.
Exchange :
** If you are not satisfied with the products or if there any other types of mistake like footwear is not fit size or color differences.
** All these process no extra charges by you.
** Exchange is depends on availability of the stock.
Cancellations :
** If a customer changes mind while placing the order, the cancellation of the product is done at the time when the product is loaded on the truck for delivery, generally three days prior to the delivery date.
** Once it is loaded, the order cannot be cancelled.
** It will be treated as a return.
** When an order is cancelled, the credit may take up to 7 days to post
** customer going to receive the amount, only if cancelled the sale within 48 hours of the date of purchase.
** If you charge your purchase, your account will be credited. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our main office.
** If you do not cancel the sale within 48 hours, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to you.

** No refunds are available and sales cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered.

** Once your cancellation requested is created.
** We will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible. It will take 2-3 business days.
