Return Policy :
In the unlikely event of any defect being noticed in the merchandise, we will exchange the same, if
(1) The defect has brought to our notice within 45 days from the date of purchase.
(2) The defective merchandise is returned to the store of purchase, with the original invoice.
(3) Wash care instructions have been strictly followed.
(4) Unused merchandise may be exchanged, if returned with all merchandise tags intact within 07 days of purchase of garment to the only store of purchase.
(5) The merchandise will not qualify for refund or replacement after it has been altered.
(6) Cantabil will examine the product after it is received to determine whether it’s a case for refund or replacement.

Wash care instruction :
(1) Wash inside out with zipper closed.
(2) Ensure detergent or soap is thoroughly removed from the fabric by using sufficient water otherwise discoloring may take place in sunlight or after ironing.
(3) Never use bleaching agent or optical whitening agent (bleaching powder) as these cause patches on fabric.
(4) For removal of stains rub gently, avoid vigorous rubbing or use of brush.
(5) Reason for white patches is improper wash and that is not the manufacturer’s fault.
