We use speedpost to deliver items ordered for delivery at India.We deliver most items at Theitdepot across 850 locations in the country. For details on a particular location please mail sales AT theitdepot.com

3. How can I return a product ordered from Theitdepot?
For all IT components Once the box packing has been opened it cannot be restocked and resold without informing the customer that it is an opened piece, furthermore the warranty, registeration etc make returns a problematic issue.

A few products can be returned If the product has not been opened and is returned, a 15% restocking fee will be levied. Please confirm with support AT theitdepot.com before returning the product to confirm whether the product can be returned or not

4. Can I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?
Yes and No. For specific products the order can be cancelled but for some products the product is procured specifically against this order and it cannot be returned. Please check with customer service if it is possible to cancel an order for the particular product.
