I had sent email regarding faulty piece. But unfortunately there is no reply.
have placed order number 10008973 on 27th December 2016 and got a confirmation. However, the product has not been delivered so far. I have tried to contact your customer care and they were unable to give any satisfactory. One said that it has been returned RTO by the delivery thrice while another informed that the item is to be received from Singapore. However, when tried to call the same number 01147091920 they simply ignore the calls and never contact back with solid information about the delivery. As no response is received I have also filed for return of the order and requested for refund which also is pending for more than 5 days for any information. How can the company be so harsh on genuine customers and who will believe you and place orders as good. What is happening and why there is no responsibility being taken by the one who are in charge?
