** There are no additional charges or taxes added by Ondoor to your order except that there is a delivery charge of Rs. 35/- per delivery for orders below a totalvalue of Rs. 200/-

I have not received two items i.e. one Mashroom & one Coconut under your invoice No.01-206043875 dt.05/07/2020 order ID 3158554.
Ondoor customer care service is very bad, never provide solution even if you submitted complaint many times. I am a regular customer but I am very disappointed from ondoor services.
We are providing safety marking painting services in various ware houses & industry. Please let me know the contact person who is looking all the purchasing.
I was just at the ondoor store, Shalimar garden location, Kolar Road, Bhopal. The door were open and there were 3-4 customers inside the store. Before going in, I asked the security guard and one other Attendant if billing was still open and whether I can go in and purchase, both of the store employees told me yes. Upon getting my required things and after waiting in queue for over 15 minutes, I was refused billing by a certain Piyush Pawar, with the words ‘main nahi bana raha bill jo karna hai kar lo, bahar jaake kharid lo’.
I would like stress on the fact that there were still customers in the store and he was billing for another customer as we speak. His behaviour was abrupt, rude and absurd to say the least. Said Employee, Mr.Piyush Pawar refused to tell us his name/designation when asked and when I asked him to let us talk to a manager or supervisor, his reply was: ‘subah 10 baje aana, jao’.
I have been a part of the service industry for the past 4years and have encountered hundreds of store owners and employees but this was the WORST EVER RESPONSE TO A PAYING CUSTOMER. I would kindly ask you to take this matter seriously as this hampers your years of hardwork and efforts towards making Ondoor a respected brand. I would like to share this unfortunate event on a public platform so as to inform others about employee behavior and etiquette.
Kindly guide me towards the proper channel to express my concerns about such a poor display of bad attitude towards customers and absurd way of replying to a polite request.
