I had asked the dealer for the field assist n from that time he is not receiving the call or giving reply very poor service no worth for the software if u r not able to give service than no use of it.
hi it is surprising to see and understand the way Marg and its business partners are cheating the people. I have been using the marg soft ware since last 10 years in my office but to my surprise with every day passes the professionalism of marg people is getting worsen,They along with their business partners in the field only believe to sell the product and when it comes to service after the sales they are not bothered , but yes they will call you for annual renewal fee on time,
These people have given three nos for 24×7 customer service but non of the no is responding. The owners/ directors should look into the problems of the people what they are facing after purchasing of their product.and Telecom regulatory should also look into it

Your software needs a great changes.
Greatly disappointed and frustrated by the service. Software lacks required information. Not easy to operate. The software needs a lot of changes for the ease of handling. I will never recommend someone to buy this software.

I’m from Tufanganj Rakamari stores, Coochbehar West Bengal. I want to tell you that, I purchased your marg software from Rakesh Viswasharma on July 2017. But till now, it is not installed. I have got customer ID-819707. So, I want to refund my money immediately because of your poor services.

I purchased the Marg counter ERP9+ (2users)software from MARG COMPUSOFT, Roshanara Plaza, Roshanara Road, Delhi-7 on 31-07-2017 but it was installed on 19th August 2017 after making numerous calls to marg personnels. After installation by them, marg personnel are not picking the phones from last 3 days nor replying for the calls, showing a very poor service response. Before selling the product they talk and promise very sweet things, but after installation they are not providing any support and training. I have given maximum time. Now, I do not want to give extra time, so I want the refund.

This is worst service ever. Local service is very poor particularly in Kolkata the Kalyani branch is horrible. They would show up 100 times Ms technology before selling the software. But after that no service at all. I would appreciate if Delhi head office looks into the matter.
