The amount will be refunded to your BiGGMART.COM account to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit card. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.

Delivery is free for orders above Rs.399. We take only orders that are minimum of Rs.200. Between 200 – 398 we take a delivery charge of Rs.30.

4. What is the process for a refund in case of cancellation or return?
If cancelled at the time of delivery then it will be minused from the net amount it self otherwise you can ask for change of product, product to be adjusted in next order or cash refund in terms of points in your BiggMart.com wallet.

The refunded points can be used as store credit for future purchases. In case of credit card payments, the money can also be refunded to your account within 8 working days.
