Food Panda is worst app.
I ordered online and made the payment online but I didn’t received the order. The delivery boy is not picking up the call and all the customer service number are invalid. Worst experience.
I have been trying to contact both delivery boy and Foodpanda desk but nobody is available. I ordered food and it is not yet delivered, its been 2 hours. Disappointing service.
Guys it is totally a fake company. I ordered food and after accepting full payment, they have not delivered my order and when I called the delivery boy, he was asking for the PIN number which I haven’t provided and he was kept saying that he was very near to my location but after waited for 2 hours I ordered from Zomato which they delivered in 16 minutes so guys delete this app and kindly use Zomato (or) Swiggy but please don’t use this bastard app.
I had ordered my food one and a half hour back, also done online payment, not received the food yet, not able to contact the customer service, worst experience with food panda, worst food app, its just very frustrating.

Worst app. They are making fool. They just want money. It is my 12th day for asking about my refund and money but they don’t have any answer except it takes 7-10 days.

Foodpanda is one of the worst service provider. They don’t deliver food, customer care doesn’t know, how to talk. Simply after 2 hours they will cancel the order. Personally I have deleted the app and will never use foodpanda. Swiggy is far better.

Food panda has the worst delivery till now. They don’t provide the service at all. This application should be blocked. I have ordered but food didn’t come. Revert all my money back right now.
Worst service, as they cannot manage that’s why there chat option does not work and no customer care number. No improvements from last 3 complaints. Once your money is stuck than you start chasing. App shows delivery of 30 minutes and till one hour you keep on chasing. Once your guest depart then order comes in and of no use.

ONE OF THE BIGGEST CHEAT IN FOOD DELIVERY MARKET. THEY SHOULD BE SUED AND TAKEN STRICT ACTION AGAINST, FROM LAST 5 ORDERS, MY MONEY FROM PAYTM GOT DEDUCTED AND DOES NOT GET REFUNDED. BLOCKS THE PAYMENT ALSO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNINSTALLING THE APP RIGHT NOW AND USE BETTER OPTIONS LIKE ZOMATO OR UBER EATS.

I ordered food and paid online. They cancelled the order and not even refunded my amount. There is no way to contact their customer service, all their chats (or) numbers are Invalid. If anybody knows if any valid number kindly share. Please don’t order food from Foodpanda, its a big pain to follow up and you will only end up losing your money and patience.
Not only for the customers, but for the restaurant partners also, My outlet is listed with food panda, we use to receive orders, but rider used to come after 1 hour to pick up the order. Which leads to wastage of food and customer complaint about food to restaurant.

Worst experience. I have ordered food on 24th September and paid online through Paytm and the order was cancelled by the vendor. I received a message “Your money will be returned to your wallet within 4hours”. Still no refund.

Ever thought that order by foodpanda could be fulfilled by Swiggy. This is what exactly foodpanda does. Ordered via foodpanda but got delivery from swiggy from some another restaurant while the tracking feature shows the deliveryman at some random location from last 1 hour. Moreover the app shows food is undelivered and even the food quality was worse. Hence, never ever rely on foodpanda.
