Delivery Details:
** All orders will be delivered on the assigned date, this is our commitment here at GrocerLive.
** If you have specific requirement for particular time slot, then do mention it in comments while placing order.
** We will make a confirmation call on mentioned phone number to verify the order and delivery time details.
** After successful confirmation of phone number and delivery address, the order processing will start.
** Now you can get the delivery of your orders as per your convenient available date.
** You will get the email once you place an order at grocerlive.com which you can match latter with the delivery package of the purchased items.

Delivery Operation:
** We are open for operation 6 days a week except National Holidays.
** In the case of National Holidays we may/may-not intimate all our customers or put up the information ‘No Delivery Day’ at-least 24 hours before the holiday.

Delivery Charges :
For Chandigarh/Mohali :
** We do not charge delivery cost for your orders above Rs. 500/-.
** Orders costing less that Rs. 500/- will be charged a flat rate of Rs. 50/-.

For Nearby areas of Chandigarh/Mohali :
** We do not charge delivery cost for your orders above Rs. 1000/-.
** Orders costing less that Rs. 1000/- will be charged a flat rate of Rs. 100/-.

Delivery Team:
** We have our own delivery team.
** We may use Tata Aces for large size deliveries and motorcycles for small packet deliveries all depends on the delivery size and location.

Delivery Areas :
** We currently deliver in Chandigarh & Mohali only.
** Once an order is received, we check for the feasibility of its delivery.
** Upon confirmation the order will be processed else it will be rejected.

Cancellations & Returns :

** If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with the item you have received from grocerlive.com, please return it to us at the time of receiving the delivery or within 2 days of receiving the delivery without tempering with it.

Replacement of an item :
** If you have received an incorrect item, an item in a damaged condition, we urge you not to accept that product at delivery.
** We will replace it for you for free. We will bear the shipping charges also.
** However, please note that replacement is subject to availability of stock.
** If the product is out of stock, we will initiate a full refund.

Conditions for return :
** Products should be unused.
** Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, instruction sheets and invoices and should not be broken or tampered with.
** If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition
** For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied.
