Home Delivery :
** We start processing our customer’s order as soon as it is received in system.
** We are committed to deliver it same day* or next day* if order is placed post 4 PM order day.
** We provide free home delivery on all orders above Rs 300.
** Once order is received Nayazamana calls customer to confirm the order placed and once it is confirmed then it starts processing.
** If order is not confirmed by the customer Nayazamana can cancel the order if it fails to reach the customer to get the confirmation over phone or email.

Cancellation Policy :
** As a policy we do not cancel any order after it customer can cancel your is placed on the portal.

** We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value.
