What is Delivery In Just 4 Hours?
** Under this service we provide your orders at your place in just 4 hours*.
** We have this special service to give you best in class services.
** If you place order in the day time then it will be delivered to your address in just 4 hours.
** For example id you place order at 12.30 pm in the afternoon then you will recieve your order after 4.30 pm.
** To avail this Delivery In Just 4 Hours service customer has to place orders before 5pm.
** Orders placed after 5 pm will be delivered to your address next day.
** In some cases it might be possible that due to high order load delivery will take more time than specified time.
** Customers also has option to get ordered delivered in particular set of hours.
** In such a cases customer has to inform us the timing in which he/she would like the products to be delivered as per their convenience.
** For example if you are working couple ordering from Grabvia.com, we understand that in such a cases nobody is at home in working hours.

Cancellation Policy :
** Customer has convenience to cancel an order place through several methods.
** For example if customer has ordered a product and paid for the same online through payment gateway then, customer can mail us at sales AT grabvia.com with your order number.
** If customer has participated in Express delivery (Delivery In Just 4 Hours) then customer has to call our customer care services and place a request for cancellation of order within next 4 hours

** (For Example if customer has placed order at 1pm in afternoon then he has to cancel order before 5pm because after that cancellation of the order will not be possible as in express delivery, we process orders within 4 hours and ship them).

** As mentioned in express service of 4 hours delivery, process for packing and delivery starts as soon as the orders are placed for best service.
** So sometimes it is not possible for us to cancel the order if the delivery van is in customer’s residential area, so such a orders are fulfilled and can not be cancelled.
