Where do we deliver?
oshop.in delivers all across Raipur.

How will my order be delivered?
Oshop.in, we personally delivery your order. You deserve the very best quality and we ensure that your order gets to you fast with the best quality. For your convenience we will also send you an SMS/Email when your order is within an hour away from your doorsteps!

Are there any Delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders above Rs.600. For any orders below that we charge Rs. 30 as a delivery fee.

When will I get my order?
We do same day delivery provided you place your order before 3:00 PM on the day you want delivery. Order received after 3:00 PM we be delivered next day before 1:00 PM.

We don’t deliver on Sunday, hence orders received after 3:00 PM on Saturday and on Sunday will be delivered by Monday 12:00 PM. Apart from this we also deliver the on products on the time slot provided by you as per our above terms and conditions.

Order delivery

Will I get a notification when my order is on its way?
Yes, we will send you an sms when the order is on its way to you within an hour of delivery.

What if I missed the delivery?
If you were not available to accept the delivery we will attempt to contact you for alternate delivery instructions. If no contact is established then we will leave a note at your door with our customer contact number to reschedule the delivery. There is a fee of Rs. 30 for any rescheduled deliveries.

How can I reschedule my delivery?
You can call us at 0771-6009001 or email us at customercare AT oshop.in one day before to reschedule your delivery.

What is the minimum delivery amount?
There is a Rs.300 minimum order amount.

Cancellation

** For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to order.oshop AT gmail.com and giving the reference of your order number.
** In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled.
** Oshop.in has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
** The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by oshop.in and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
** oshop.in will not refund the amount charged to it as instrument bouncing charges on processing of refund.

Refunds :
** Purchase amount of the product returned at the time of delivery will be adjusted in bill amount at time of payment.

Return Policy :
** We follow “no question asked” return policy.
** We encourage customers to check the products on delivery, if the customer is not satisfied with any product it has to be returned immediately.
** The returned product can be replaced or the amount adjusted in the bill as per customer requirement.
** Those Products which came along as a part of any deal cannot be returned individually, rather the deal has to be accepted or returned completely.
** There is no return of the products accepted at time of delivery, used partially or fully.
