The Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.37 published by the Government of Andhra Pradesh on Friday the 31st of March 2000 declared formally formation of Distribution Companies.
SERVICE NUMBER IS 6511108006613 UNDER ENIKEPADU 08 PRASADAMPADU. FROM LAST 2 MONTHS, I AM UNABLE TO PAY THE BILLS ONLINE. SHOWING ALWAYS PROCESSING ERROR. EVEN IN MEE SEVA ALSO, THE PAGE IS NOT OPENING. ERROR MAY BE AT SOFTWARE TIRUPATI. KINDLY DO SOMETHING TO PAY BILLS ONLINE.
Sub: Change of Category from 1C to 1A/B
I would like to bring to your kind notice that, the mentioned Services are newly fixed during June 2017. The consumption of both meters are 86 and 85 (during this month)units respectively. The Bills are made under Category ‘C’ though the consumption which is below 100 units per month. Hence I request you to the change the Category from ‘C’ to either ‘A’ or ‘B’. I hope this would be considered at the earliest.
At all APSPDCL offices big hoardings are available on citizen charter and amount of compensation payable for each default.
But the procedure to claim compensation not mentioned.

Problem: In the above area 11KV line problem, some poles are bend & wires loose this problem not rectified till date. I request you to please solve the above noted problem as earliest & 3 phase supply also.
