How do I return the product?
** Returning a product bought from universalbooks.com is very simple, easy and free.
** All you have to do is contact our customer care and provide them the Order Id assigned to the said product at the time of purchase.
** Our customer care will register your return request and inform you the pickup process.
Note :
a) Products bought from universalbooks.com can be returned only if they are unused and in original condition, with all the tags, labels, invoice and packaging in place.
b) Products can be returned/replaced/exchanged only within 30 days from the date of purchase.
c) Products like innerwear, lingerie and socks cannot be returned/replaced/exchanged.
d) Products damaged by the user cannot be returned/replaced/exchanged.
How are the Return/Replace/Exchanged products picked up?
** Once your request for return/replace/exchange is registered with us, our customer care will contact you with pickup schedule, provided the product is unused, and in original condition without any damage and with all the tags and labels intact.
** Products will be picked up from the same location where it was originally delivered.
Note :
a) Please retain the Return Id and mention the same on the product packing at the time of return.
b) Please retain the courier receipt, incase if you are asked to courier the product to us. This will help us to reimburse the shipping charges you incurred to return the product to us.
c) Your reimbursement process will start only after we receive the product.
