Refund policy :
In Case of Defective Item :
** In case the item is defective i.e. broken, leaking, expired or any other issues you can always contact on our customer support no 7275-010662.
** We have a “no questions asked return policy”.
** If you are not satisfied with the product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery and can contact our customer support team.
** We request you to check the products at the time of delivery.

Refund in case of Cancellation/Return :
** The amount will be refunded in cash to person who have ordered online on Supermarket24x7.in, it will take 8-9 working days to get your refund.
** 30 RS cancellation charges is applied.

** You can contact the customer support to cancel the order; you can do so till we process the order.

In the interest of the customer we do not take any delivery charges, if your minimum purchase is Rs.999/- . However, if your order is less than Rs. 999/- then we charge a nominal delivery charges of Rs.25/-.

Do you have any specific delivery timings?
We deliver order after 24 hours when you placed your order. So you need to place order before you need delivery at your home. Please call customer support center @ 0AA-AAAA if you want to get delivery on specific timing on which you are available to take your order.
