What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge for all orders less than ?300 is ?50. For all orders having a minimum value of ?300, this charge is waived off and the delivery service is FREE.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by sellers?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Kiranaman. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on your total order value. Before you checkout the delivery charges will be clearly displayed to you.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery time can range between 2 to 48hours depending on,

** The delivery slot available and selected
** Though we do our best to deliver your goods at your preferred times, we may take up to 48 hours in some cases.

Cancellation & Returns :
What is Kiranaman’s returns policy?
We accept returns for expired, leaked or defected items if identified at the time of receiving the order. So we suggest you thoroughly check all the items when they are delivered to you.

How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the order has been verified and confirmed through our telephonic confirmation system.However, if you wish to cancel it prior to that then you can get in touch with Customer Support and they will process your cancellation.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1 business to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Verified’, we will not be able to process the cancellation.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
If you have cancelled your order and the cancellation request has been successfully processed, then for any payments made for that order using our payment gateway, money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

For return, the processing time will vary between 7 to 12 working days if the payment was made online. For COD payment mode, the return will be made on the spot.
