Shipping and Delivery Policy :
When will I get my order?
We provide the advantage of same day delivery. The delivery time can be selected based on the time of placing an order. The orders which are placed before 10.30am will be delivered between 12.00p.m to 3.00p.m on the same day and those placed before 4.00pm will be delivered between 6.00p.m to 9.00p.m on the same day.

What are the delivery charges?
Service charge of Rs.30 is applicable only for the orders having purchase amount less than Rs.250. No service charges are collected for the purchases above for Rs.250.

Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges involved in the process.

How can i modify the cart after submitting an order?
You have the provision to edit the order, before the order gets processed. To edit your order Login to kada.in -> Click on the option ‘Recent Orders’ -> In the ‘Recent Orders’ page, there will be an option ‘edit’ against the pending/unprocessed order -> Click the button, make necessary changes and finally update your order.

Does kada.in cater to other states?
As of now, kada.in doesn’t deliver items to other states. We deliver only in Trivandrum, Kerala.
You will be able to make your purchases on our website from anywhere in the world at any time with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in Trivandrum.
