Registration :
How do I register to askmegrocery.com?
Please navigate to the top right corner of askmegrocery.com’s Home Page and click on the ‘Register’ link. Please fill the information asked for in the registration form. You will also be taken through the terms and conditions and asked to choose the desired payment mode. Once you submit the information after agreeing to terms and conditions, your registration is complete.

Is registration a mandate for shopping on askmegrocery.com?
Yes, registration is mandatory for the completion of your order placement process. Registration is free. As a registered user, you can check out the shopping cart and make payment. Adding products to the cart does not require registration. However, you will be prompted to log into your registered account at the time of checking out.

Order Process :
How can I track my order?
** You may check the status of your order in the My Orders section on our website.
** You will receive updates on the status of your order through SMS.

How is my order processed?
Before reaching you, your order goes through following stages:
Order Life Cycle :
Pending –> Process –> Dispatched –> Delivered
** When an order is placed successfully, its status is reflected as “Pending”.
** Once the order is confirmed from our end, its status changes to “In Process”.
** After the procurement is done, it gets “Dispatched” & you will be notified through an SMS about the same.
** After the order is delivered to you successfully, you will receive an SMS and a call for Delivery Confirmation & Feedback.

Shipping & Delivery :
What is the estimated delivery time?
AskmeGrocery.com’s emphasis is on agile delivery timings that suit your needs and convenience. Thus, we have two delivery types available.
Normal Delivery: Items ordered would be delivered at your doorsteps within six working hours of placing orders.
Time Slot Delivery: This option can be exercised by you to receive the delivery at your chosen time slot between 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM.

How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 499. For any orders below this cart value, we charge a nominal sum of Rs. 40 as a delivery fee.

How will the delivery be done?
Delivery will be done right at your doorstep by our logistic team.

What about hidden costs (sales tax, etc.)?
Apart from the prices listed against the products on our portal, we do not charge our customers any additional charges in the name of taxes. We don’t have any hidden costs. Our listed prices are all inclusive. However, at times product and price may vary basis availability.

How do I cancel an order?
We understand that you may choose not to receive an item even after order has been placed. Cancelling of an order is supported until the item has not been shipped. You can get in touch with our customer care by calling at 04444444444 to have your order cancelled. We regret to inform that an order which has been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you can return it at the time of delivery.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Cancellation will take 2 business hours after you place your cancellation request with us.

How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?
The entire amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 business days. If the payment was made through credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card within the said timeline. While receiving the delivery of ordered items, if you feel unsatisfied with the product, you may return the same to the delivery team.

What to do if the payment is successful, but order isn’t confirmed?
Please call up the customer care immediately or within 24 hours of your attempt to purchase.
