I am so surprised that despite repeatedly visits at your easy day at Karan Nagar, Kathua (J&K) for purchase of some food items by using Sodexo Meal Pass. Every time I have been advised by the dealing staff that we have complained the non acceptance of Sodexo Meal Pass to our Head Office as the system is not accepting the Sodexo Meal Pass. What a poor service being provided by easy day, Karan Nagar , Kathua to the Citizens of Kathua (J&K). It is pertinent to mention here that the same Sodexo Meal Pass has been accepted at Easy day Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Dear Sir/Madam,
There was very strange thing happened with me at the Easy Day Store located at B1 Block Janakpuri, New Delhi on 14th January, 2017 at evening around 6:30pm. While returning from zim just near the Easy day shop, keeping the black bag in the visitors’ Shelve placed at the entry gate of the Easy Day Store. I purchased some items and made payment. And I came out with the purchased materials and kept all the items in the Dikki and reached home.
I realized on morning 14th January, 2017 that I forgot to take bag from Easy Day Store. Then I went there for taking the bag from easy day. I asked to the guard sitting in front of the entry gate. He denied saying that my duty start in morning shift and ask from evening shift guard.
I talked with manager of easy day he assured me that he would inform me after made an inquiry from evening guard. But till now i.e. today he did not informed me about my bag. It is very strange that how so careless guard has haired. It is the question mark about the safety. None of the staffs of the easy day are helping me to find the bag. I also requested manager to look the CCTVfootage. Although bag contains (bag contain 1) towel (blue and white strife), 2) T-shirt 3) under ware 4) Report given by the Zim body mass information these items but question is like trust over the management.You are requested to kindly look into the matter.
I am so surprised. I cannot contact customer care over the phone from out of India. My query is we are a daily routine customer to easy day and my sister got slipped in one of your store in Kaputhala and she got injured and although all this happen no compensation was made to her either they felt sorry that it was store fault. I will be so much thankful to you if you investigate all this matter further and sort out my query.
