Shipping & Delivery :
** Current cities of our shipping product delivery
** We do not relay on Courier Company we ship with our own delivery network.
** We currently deliver in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Baroda, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Junagadh, Mehsana, Palanpur,
** Visnagar, Bhuj, Himmatnagar, Dahod, And other small towns in 30-40 km range of above cities.

Delivery Time :
** As soon as your place order we try to get in touch with you there we communicate our estimated delivery time,exigencies may delay the delivery in such a case.
** We will update you or you are free to call our customer care team.
** In case of floods/heavy rains/National bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
** Home Land Furniture will contact the customer on the first time & confirm the date, time & address of delivery.
** If the delivery fails due to following reasons, Home Land Furniture will contact the customer 2ND time to deliver goods & levy delivery charges for the second attempt.
** In case the customer refuses to pay the second time delivery charges, Home Land Furniture will refund the order money to the customer excluding delivery charges.

Home land furniture will consider the order delivery ‘failed” in the following cases:
** Delivery not done due to wrong address.
** Recipient not available.
** Premises locked.
** In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
** Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
** Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
** We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
** The delivery will not be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
** Our Endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer.
** However in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you within 1 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

Shipping Charges :
** Shipping is free of charge if your total under value exceeds the limit of (15999/-).
** Other than that actual shipping charges will be levied to you.
** We levy very nominal charges for the delivery of the orders and the delivery charge is based on the order value as per the table below

Order value – Delivery charge :
Rs.16000/-above : Free Delivery
10000/- Upto 15999/- : Rs. 500/-
UpTo – 9999/- : Rs. 1000/-

Get Update of your order :
** You are free to call our customer care team to track your order.
** Before the day of delivery, we will call you and pass the next day estimated delivery time and find your convince for the same if you agree your products will be there and if not we will repeat the process same.

Got damaged product :
** We always work for quality control measure that ensure that the product is up to our mark when is ready to use.
** If you receive damaged products, please notice of the delivery boy.
** Our team brings this item up to your satisfaction levels within 7 days by changing piece or for any other corrective steps to solve the problem.
** All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the feedback on our mobile no-7878781946.
** Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
** Home Land Furniture shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.

If don’t like product :
** If you want our things exchange in just 24 hrs. of delivery, we do not ask the reason if you choose from our express product range.
** Only exchange charges and courier charges will be levied.
** For that, you have to talk to our customer care team.

Returns & Cancellation :
** Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original, you can return within 24Hrs.
** only cancellation shipping charges relived.
** To return any items that is damaged or not as per your original order, please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery challan.
** Please contact customer by phone number mentions the return of products along with the order number, and the date of delivery.
** All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
** Postage and charges for return of these will not be funded.
** Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.
** Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed.
** You will be contacted once your return is complete.
