Delivery Time Frame :
** Orders are generally dispatched within 7- 12 working days after the order is confirmed.
** Most of them are shipped via Aramex or DTDC with tracking and drop-off without signature.
** Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
** Please note that, since some of the items may not be present in our Indian Warehouses , we need to import the item once we receive the order.
** This can lead to an increase in delivery time as there are certain processes including customs clearance involved .
** We will be doing the customs clearance and other formalities on your behalf .
** Also there is no extra charges involved.
** This is a rare scenario, and even in this case, the dispatch time will not exceed by more than 15 working days.

FAQs

How and when can I return my product?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received for any reason you can raise a return requestwithin 15 working days from the date of receiving the order.

Please note that we do not provide cash refunds, but we will refund the amount in the form of store credits, which can be used to purchase any product from the webstore.

How does the exchange policy work?
If the product doesn’t fit right, the product you received isn’t the one you chose or if there’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll exchange it for you. We really want you to love what you get and not be “stuck” with it. However, please make sure that the piece is returned to us in the condition you received it in.

We will appreciate that you don’t send it to us if you wash it or use it a couple of times. Cause we won’t be able to process your request.If you have any other questions about returns please feel free to mail us at care AT miracas.com??. Don’t forget to mention your order details.

Who bears the postal charges for the goods returned?
For most of the locations ,we provide reverse pickup facility. That way you do not need to pay for the courier charges
If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, we will bear the cost of return shipment by crediting your account with Store Credits. (Max of 100 INR)

Can I exchange my product at an offline store or at any of the offices of Miracas?
We’re afraid that won’t be possible. You need to create a return request as mentioned above.

  1. I purchased a girl cloth and paid my payment and order placed on 19th August 2018 but till date product is not received.

  2. I have credited the amount in the miracas wallet but I am unable to access it so, I have emailed the same concern to the customer care but they don’t seem to reply at all. The phone number provided doesn’t work. This is so bad.

  3. I have placed an order 163064 on 31st july2018. But its been delayed due to some custom procedure. But now there is no progress on your side. Even I don’t have any information about my order. Kindly Clear the issue as soon as possible (or) refund my money. Revert me back as soon as possible.

  4. My order ID is #158762. I ordered a solid colored slim fit single buttoned blazer, large size but I received the different size product. Now I want to return this product.

  5. This is to inform you that I bought two products vide order number #147518 from mirascas on 9th December 2017. On receiving the product I was not satisfied with it and returned by courier. I got a message on 28th December that the package had been received at the warehouse and the return will be initiated soon. I have not received the return yet and not even received a single message from mirascas. Please have a look at this matter and initiate the returning process if it is not done yet.

  6. This is regarding my Order ID #148625.
    It`s been more than a month neither my product is delivered nor money is refunded. Customer care service is very worst. Every time all representatives are busy. Please call back later. I felt worst experience ever. I am requesting you for full refund and transfer the spent amount to my bank A/C as soon as possible(no store credits please)

Again there is no need to worry, as we will be handling all the paper work on your behalf without any additional charges.

  8. I have placed an order 113063 on 3rd August 2017 and as per your tracking order it should be dispatched on 22nd of August 2017. But its been delayed due to some custom procedure. But now there is no progress on your side. Even I dont have any information about my order.
    Kindly Clear the issue as soon as possible or refund my money.

  9. I placed on order for blazer worth 2,990 rupees on Jan 24th and was supposed to be delivered by Feb 10th but still not yet received. When am I going to get it? My order no. is 66357.
