I had purchased Modular Kitchen and paid Rs 190000/- 4 years back on 21//02/2016 .Now 80% of its parts have come out although they had made tall promises like use of solid wood etc but we could find out all artificial board made of grass was used.It is a big fraud on customers.They are not available in the Phone no recorded in invoice .
I had purchased some furniture from Alipore Store along with a king bed. After 15 Days the joints opened and two technicians visited. They assured to replace the bed. The Alipore store is closed now and they do not respond to my phone calls.
Is it a big mistake in choosing your company?
We have ordered for modular kitchen 3 months ago in N.N. enterprises, Siliguri. They have left it incomplete till now. Now it has been in mess since then.
We never thought that it would be a big mistake by choosing your company.
