I AM HAVING A CURRENT ACCOUNT IN YOUR BANK FROM LAST 8 YEARS AS YOUR STAFF MEMBER TOLD FOR APPLYING CREDIT CARD AND IT THERE WILL BE NO ANNUALLY CHARGES FOR THE CARD. BUT AS I RECEIVED THE CARD THATS PRIME AND THE ANNUALLY CHARGES FOR THAT ARE RS. 1000. SO, PLEASE I WANT TO CANCEL THE CARD AS WRONG COMMITMENTS GIVEN BY BANK EMPLOYEE. PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO CANCEL THE CARD. I DON’T WANT TO MAKE BAD RELATION WITH THE BANK FOR THIS CARD.
Due to fraud, I immediately blocked my debit card but two of my cards were blocked and I am unable to operate my MasterCard. Please activate my card. I am a staff of Bank of Baroda, Kolkata.
