Where All Do We Deliver?
** We deliver to all and any postal address around the world.
** However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
** Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
** Our courier agents DTDC will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

** GNOutlet offers ‘Assured Delivery’ Service on limited Ready to Ship Items.
** Under this service (offered in select countries), the ordered items are delivered to your doorstep quicker, at a nominal cost over and above the Standard Shipping charges.
** You can select the Assured Delivery Service on the Product Information Page as featured*.

Charges :
In case you opt for
1. Products without any Stitching or Customization; selecting the ‘Assured Delivery’ service will get the product across to you within 3 Business Days for an additional INR 900.00 per item.
2. Products with Standard Stitching or Design customization, selecting the ‘Assured Delivery’ service will get the products across to you within 5 business days for an additional INR 1200.00 per item.**

Cancellation Policy :
** While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with Gnoutlet.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.

Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to) :
** Product No Longer Available With Our Merchant Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
** Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
** Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C
** Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
** Problems Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Avoidance Department

Cancellations by the Customer :
** In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you.
** We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

How do I cancel an order?
** You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

** Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding ‘View Details’ link
** In the detailed order page, you will see ‘Cancel’ links against each of the items in that order
** Click on the ‘Cancel’ link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
** Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

Why do I see a disabled ‘Cancel’ link?
A disabled ‘Cancel’ link can mean the following things:
** The item is being shipped together with another order of yours
** The item is non-refundable (eg. e-Gift Vouchers)
