Shipping Policy :
** We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time (within three to four working days, Monday – Saturday excluding public holidays).Only one product is shipped per order
** There is a minimal charge for shipping products, which you will be informed of at the time of placing your order.
** Each order will be shipped to a single destination address specified at the time of placing your order.
** If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
** We are committed to ship your order within 7-10 working days of you placing the order.
** However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 15 working days, to ship the order due to procurement issues.
** We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays
** To ensure that your order reaches you in the least time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
** If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods,
** please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care on 09029 66 9999 mentioning your order reference number.
** We shall make our Big efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

** Please note all items will be shipped with a delivery note mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Return Policy :
** We have a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect.
** In cases of categories where size is applicable, you can return a product if it does not fit due to a size mismatch.
** Products cannot be returned if the reason for return is other than “Manufacturing defect” or “damaged”.
** We have a 48 hours return policy which means that you can request a return only within 48 hours of receiving the product via our 24×7 customer care number 022-61459700.
** You can return any product except innerwear, lingerie, vests, briefs, trunks, socks, mittens, wristbands, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants,
** fashion accessories, contraceptives, flowers, furniture, bullion, precious jewellery, remote-controlled toys and their accessories and any free/complimentary items received along with the main order.
** You will be required to courier the product to us in case of returns.
** Please ensure that the product is in original and unused condition, complete with the original price tags, labels, original packing and invoice including any free or complimentary items.
** Replacements are subject to availability of similar product in stock with our Authorized Sellers.
** In case a replacement is not available, we will initiate a full refund via cheque which will be sent to the name and address recorded at the time of order booking.
** In case, you return the product via courier we advise you to use a reputed courier company which allows online consignment tracking.

  9. It is such a Pathetic shopping site. I will advice everyone not to buy a single product from this site or TV channel. Its almost 2 months since they did not refund my amount. Their customer care executives are hopeless. There is no other way to contact their higher authorities.
    My order is placed and received a damaged one. The issue is still not resolved as yet in spite of multiple reminders.

    I have not received material till 24-10-2016, Order date 09-10-2016 and massage sent to me for delivery during 7-10 days but still yet neither send nor reply on 15 days. How can I believe on bestdeal ?

  13. Horrible and hopeless service. My complaint no 279326 DT.2/12/2015 is not resolved as yet in spite of multiple reminders.
