Shipping Policy :
** There are no shipping charges on Campus products.
** Minimum order value should be Rs. 499/=. (Rupees four hundred ninety nine only).
** For Cash on Delivery (CoD) above purchase of Rs .799/= there is no CoD charges.
** However, for up to Rs. 799/=, the charges are Rs. 40/= per shipment.
** CoD limit is Rs. 5,000/= (Rupees five thousand only).
** We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2 working days of the order.
** However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 4-5 working days. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
** If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
** To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
** While we shall Endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Exchange/Claims/Refund :
Following situations may arise:-
** Item was defective
** Item was damaged during the Shipping
** Products was / were missing
** Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
** Item size is not correct.
** We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision.
** In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund/exchange.
** Buyer need to raise the refund/replace request within 7 days from the date of receipt of product by contacting us on our Phone Number 011-43272521.
** In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the product and then a Credit Note will be issued for the amount.
** A fixed sum of Rs.50/- will be added to the Credit Note towards the Shipping cost incurred by the buyer for genuine returns only.
** There will be NO Cash Refund.
** The buyer can place a fresh order for the entire value of the credit note against the returned goods by giving the credit note details.
