1. Can I order online?
Yes you can! Online orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to pick-up. Click here to start ordering online now.

2. How much notice does Just Bake need for a delivery order?
** You can order till 11pm on the previous day for a delivery next day at approximately 12pm.
** Delivery fees vary, see more info below under Delivery.

For Paid Online Orders :
** Dear Customer, you shall receive the payment acknowledgement from the CC Avenue on the transaction.
** Incase of queries – write to us at orders AT justbake.in

For COD Orders :
same day delivery :
** Dear Customer, we request you to please RE-CONFIRM the order within an hour (even by sms) for us to timely process your order.

Advance orders :
** Dear Customer, we request you to confirm the order ATLEAST before 12 hours of delivery time for us to process it timely
** Incase of no response, the order shall be treated as Dummy / Void Order as last minute orders may not be processed in time.

3. Do you have cakes on the go available for walk-in customers?
Yes! We always have cakes available for walk-in customers.

4. Are there any items that require more than one day notice?
No, all our products are available within one day notice.

5. Does Just Bake do delivery?
** Yes, one day notice is required.
** You can either collect your cake from our store if it is close by or we will deliver it at your door step with a charge of Rs.100.

Delivery for shape cakes in auto :
** charges as per actual auto fare (to-fro).
** Approximate charges shall be communicated while reconfirming your order by our Online Team.

6. What are the delivery terms?
** Please order in advance. Same-day delivery service is NOT available.
** Payment is required at the time of ordering through our secure online payment options. Cash on Delivery option is not available.
** Point-of-contact (recipient) must know about the delivery and be present for the delivery.
** A 2 hour delivery window is required.

** Delivery is available on all days of the week, from 12 noon till 9 pm.
** Orders must be placed before 11pm of the previous day for deliveries today or later.
** You can either pick up your cake from one our stores closest to you or request for home delivery at a flat charge of Rs 100 (if it’s within 3 km from our stores).
** Additional charges may apply for multiple boxes, delivery returns, and re-delivery attempts.

Delivery Guarantee :
** Our Delivery Starts At 12:00. We Currently Donot Offer Midnight Delivery!
** Delivery during especially in evening slot for 18:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs could be tricky.
** Traffic flow is not under our control, kindly bear with us.
** Incase if we have more than one delivery in the same area or at same time- it may lead to some delay & Appreciate & Expect you to understand – appreciate.

** Delivery guarantee shall not be applicable on Christmas, New Years eve, Easter, Valentine, Ganesh Festival, Durga Pooja etc festive-celebrating days.
** The service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery.
