** However, if the customer chooses to return the product, My Dream Store accepts returns under the following conditions
** Refund/Return policy is not applicable on certain products. Read product description for details before purchase
** Products other than apparel category will be refunded only in case of damage or artwork completely different from ordered one.
** There will be a 5% error from visual experience of the product to the actual product due to technicalities like lighting in LCD and CMYK print schemas
** Products claiming refund must be returned in same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back.
** Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
** All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact
** Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable .
What are the rules for Courier charges refund?
1. For all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cashback of Rs.100 for shipments weighing upto 500 grams.
2. For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the refund amount.
3. For example, a single t-shirt piece weighs around 250 grams which if returned would give you a cashback of Rs.100 in your account.
4. If you happen to return 3 t-shirts, your return shipment weighs 750 grams and would give you a cashback of Rs.150.
5.Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
6.Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
7.Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
8.If the courier cost is lesser than Rs.100, you will still be receiving a cashback of Rs.100.
How long the refund procedure takes?
** The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product.
** Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your MyDreamStore wallet as store credits.

I had requested on the same day for change of size to M and a complaint ticket number was issued. Worst shopping experience at Dream Store.Never ever buy any product from it. Quality is poor for high priced product, size is another issue … I have asked for return by sending pics along with tag, still my return request was rejected even when I mentioned the quality issue and size fit. Why was the return request rejected.
