Shipping & Delivery Policy :
** For national buyers, orders are shipped as well as delivered through registered national courier companies and/or national speed post only.
** Orders are delivered within 15 working-days or as per the delivery date fixed at the time of order confirmation & delivering of the delivery subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

Cancellation Policy :
** giftalove.com believes in lending a hand to its customers as far as possible, & for that reason has a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy and guideline :
** Cancellations will be taken into account or considered only if the request is made within 24-hours of placing an order.
** However, giftalove.com is unable to cancel if the orders have been communicated to the merchants / vendors and they have set off the process of shipping them.
** There is no cancellation of requests and orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category.
