It’s been more than two months nothing worked out at all in terms of prize money or updates on process, all the required security and sureity provide urgently .

Very worst company. From December to now I didn’t get my refund money. Ariyalur district jayankondam branch. Don’t invest in Dhanalaxmi chit fund. It is a cheat fund group.

Please do not go with the dsc worst service especially manager Venkateswarlu is making wrong promises to the people and being a manager doing it is unacceptable, I saw it. my both friends are suffering a lot unable to get the prize despite several requests through phone calls and physical visits. I request the management to remove the such people otherwise your reputation will spoil
I had taken chit on March but still find not credited. The giving false information when I am trying them. All contact number provided on the website are fake.

All settlement essential docs submitted on that day itself to Dhana chits Coimbatore office.Its known that all papers reached to HO.
Not settled the deposit back to me.
Normally on submission of deposit bond..Amount should be settled in same day..Is bankers policy..

I taken one chit (Praksah D – Pass Book No. KC53/20 – Group Code. KC30111) from Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Chitfunds (P) Ltd, in Kancheepuram. I got very worst experience there. Employees of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Chitfunds (P) Ltd didn’t have any responsibilities for better service to customer. Initially I Spoke to Mr. Sarathy, Manager of the branch, in the beginning they didn’t told any Government employee security for holding the chit my self. when the time to come for round at that time Mr. Sarathy told we need one Govt employee security for giving amount to you. This statement was shocking to me. I joined this chit through the reference of Mr. Sirdhar, one of the agent of this chit, he also didn’t told that matter in beginning days.Than few days passed Mr. Sarathy approached me for, he artificially set one third person for my security . But he nothing did anything for me. whenever I contact him, all time he told I worried in my personal issues, so I contact some other time. I need correct solution. My money was stucked in your chit fund. If I not paid the money to your end what will be the action taken your side. consider the simultaneously Issues
Dhanalakshmi srinivasan chit funds shall be names as cheat fund. Iam surprised how the governement still allowing this chit running. All the employees are fraud. Very worst experience. Pls spread the awareness not to put any chit in this company.

One of the worst company in my experience. All officials from DM, AGM, DGM, CGM,are highly irresponsible, unprofessional and unskilled people. Poor customer service. Company does not have intention to pay customer money. I advise public not to join this chit company. They are fraudsters using goddess name.

Chit number is CM70415/08 AT Chidambaram branch. September month I got prized for 5 lakes but still around 50 days iam waiting for payment, also not proper response from branch office so kindly i request you to release the payment earliest as possible. suppose the payment will not received within a week i will raise the complaint in register office.

I have taken a chits at Saibaba Colony branch in Coimbatore. Chit number is GRP/ TKTNO:CV80515/4. I have 4 chits each of 10 lakhs. This month I got prized for 10 lakhs. After 40% bid, they supposed to give us 6 lakhs. Already we paid around 3 lakhs above. Only 3 lakhs, they are going to give us extra. Now chit company is asking so many documents which was not informed us earlier. They have not given any proper terms and condition before joining the group. Very poor management.
Don’t leave them. Take proper action. Try try and try. Be alert.
I have taken auction of chit at vadaloor branch. Group number is VD30107-5, Chit Value is 1 lakh and auction date is 19.1.18. But till now I have not received money. Please arrange the prize amount as early as possible.
I also have the same problem. I have taken the action on 20.06.2018. Till the amount is not settled their cheque also returned due to insufficient fund. Chit Number is 38 (Group code PY331/16).
