In my account, Rs. 6546 is debited but transfer is not successfully and after 45 days, amount is not credited in my account and my complaint number is B000869420.
My Mobile Banking is not working from 27th August 2018. I have submit my complaint to BM/OFFICER but not entertain. Secondly monthly interest on FD is not credited on due date. In this regard, I have raised my complain on 31st August but manager said, it is automatically done by system only. I don’t know about it. I am outside from Patna & I need money for returning. Please do needful. I am fully annoyed with this type of work.
Worst customer service. I am not getting any answer from customer service.
