I am a member of the Sterling Holidays (Number 1231421). I reserved one double occupancy at Shirdi for 10.02.2018 well in advance. I got a confirmation (CV Number 030-854218). When I have gone there I was taken to some other hotel in a shabby environment and I was told that all the rooms at Streling Saiwada are sold out. When I refused to stay there I was given a room in Sterling Saiwada after making me to wait?
This is quite unprofessional, may be fraudulent attitude which cannot be allowed. To my surprise, I could hardly find any occupants on those days. Next day at 9am when I requested them to extend my stay uptill 2pm and which was bluntly refused and this reflects unfriendly attitude with members and poor hospitality. I was denied a complimentary breakfast also which now days offered at every Hotel and also with Sterling resorts elsewhere which I have visited so far. I request you to thoroughly enquire and take action so that such incidents will not recur.
