How do I cancel a flight reservation?
** Cancelling a flight booking you made on Cleartrip is super easy. You can even check your refund amount before you decide to go ahead with the cancellation. Here’s how:
** Log in to your Cleartrip Account if you aren’t already signed in. Hit the ‘Sign in’ link on the top right corner of the page.
** Fill in your username and password on the subsequent page. If you haven’t set a password for your Cleartrip Account yet, check your inbox for an email with the subject ‘Activate your Cleartrip Account’.

** Open this email and follow the instructions within.
** All your upcoming trips are listed towards the top of your account page. Pick the one you want to cancel and hit the Trip ID associated with it.
** Hit ‘Cancellations’ on the trip details page to get started. Don’t worry this does not cancel your booking straight away.

How do I print my ticket?
Go to cleartrip.com/ticket. Enter your Trip ID and the last name of any of the passengers and you’ll be able to see your e–ticket. Print it or email it.

Do I have to pay something extra at the airport?
It depends on the airport you’re flying from.

How do I get my e–ticket details?
We’ll send your e–ticket details to the email address you gave us when you made your reservation.

How do I know my reservation was booked?
We’ll send you an SMS and an email to confirm your flight booking.

What is my hotel’s check–in time?
Typically, the hotel check–in time is after 2:00 pm (local hotel time). Check with your specific hotel for its exact check–in time.

What if I don’t get a confirmation at the time of booking?
If a confirmation page doesn’t display once you complete your booking, check your email for a confirmation. If you don’t get an email confirmation within ten minutes, let us know at hotelcs AT cleartrip.com and we’ll send you your confirmation details.

  1. I have booked ticket in my name for BBSR to BAGDOGRA. But I have not received the tickets. After enquiry, I came to know that I have wrongly given the Email ID. I request you to changed my email ID and send the tickets I have booked for Bagdogra on 13.03.2018. My trip ID is 18031349974. Again I request you to keep my correct email ID. I have to book another tickets through you. Please correct it immediately and send my tickets through correct email ID.

  2. Today I booked ticket through online in the clear trip website. That time my amount was debited in my account but I am not received any message regarding my train ticket booking. What can I do. Please do the needful at the earliest.
